Employment Information
The following pre-employment requirements must be completed prior to Orientation and Move-In Day. You will receive your Offer Letter at the point of acceptance into the program; all other requirements will begin to be sent via email in February:
- Employment Paperwork - an email from Docusign will be sent containing the paperwork
- Employment Background Check - you will receive an email from Sterling Talent Solutions containing the background check This must be completed prior to May 15th
- Docusign Offer Letter - an email from Docusign will be sent containing the letter
- Internship Resident Forms - an email from Docusign will be sent containing the forms
- Payment Acknowledgement Form - an email from Docusign will be sent containing the form
- Payment submitted with HE&R - Interns who will be utilizing the company housing are required to submit a $180 housing fee. This payment includes a $160 refundable security deposit and a $20 non-refundable insurance fee. Click here.
