Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Full-Time Team Member
Congratulations on joining the Hershey Entertainment & Resorts team! Please review and complete the following steps to prepare for your first day.
Must Complete Prior to Company Orientation
- Employment Paperwork: You will receive an email from Hershey Entertainment & Resorts with the subject "Action Required: Employment Paperwork for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts." To complete the paperwork, please click the link in the email and log in utilizing the username and password created at time of application.
- Background Check (18+): An email from Sterling will be sent to your email with instructions for completing your required background check.
- Drug Test:
- Full-time positions identified as safety-senstive require a pre-employment drug test. This is included with your background check.
All of your pre-employment requirements are to be completed prior to attending your Company Orientation. If steps are not completed, you will not be able to attend your appointment, and will be rescheduled. You will receive a phone call from HR Support with more details and necessary requirements.
Schedule Your Company Orientation
Company Orientation is your first day of work! You will receive an introduction to our company, core purpose, values, and more information about our policies and procedures. A Human Resources Team Member will process all documents, take your photo, and issue your Employee ID card.
What To Bring To Company Orientation
- 2 Original Forms of Identification Documents

- Most common forms of ID are Driver’s License/Government Issued Identification Card or Work Permit AND Social Security Card OR Birth Certificate OR U.S. Passport
- All employees under 18 must bring an original work permit issued by a PA school district.

Be in contact with your supervisor to discuss your schedule. Depending on your position, you may be asked to work the remainder of the work day.
