Must Complete Before Your Hiring Appointment
- Employment Paperwork: You will receive an email from Hershey Entertainment & Resorts with the subject "Action Required: Employment Paperwork for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts." To complete the paperwork, please click the link in the email and log in utilizing the username and password created at time of application. Employees age 14-17 will receive an email from Docusign that includes important employment paperwork that must be completed.
- Background Check (18+): An email from Sterling will be sent to your email with instructions for completing your required background check.
- Drug Test: Part-time positions identified as safety-sensitive will require a drug test at the time of your Hiring Appointment.
All of your pre-employment requirements from your Hiring Appointment are to be completed prior to attending your Company Orientation. If steps are not completed, you will not be able to attend your appointment. You will receive an email from employment@Hersheypa.com with more details and necessary requirements.
What To Bring To Your Hiring Appointment
- 2 Original Forms of Identification Documents

- Most common forms of ID are Driver’s License/Government Issued Identification Card or Work Permit AND Social Security Card OR Birth Certificate OR U.S. Passport
- All employees under 18 must bring an original work permit issued by a PA school district.

Schedule Your Hiring Appointment
At your hiring appointment, a Human Resources Team Member will process all documents, take your photo, and issue your Employee ID card.
All of your pre-employment requirements are to be completed prior to attending your Hiring Appointment. If steps are not completed, you will not be able to attend your appointment. You will receive an email from employment@Hersheypa.com with more details and necessary requirements.
After Your Hiring Appointment
At the end of your HR Hiring Appointment, you be will scheduled for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company Orientation. At Company Orientation, you will receive an introduction to our company, core purpose, more information about our policies and procedures. This training is required and is expected to be completed within the first few weeks of your first day. Your supervisor will be in contact with you on your schedule.
